Women's Ministry

The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;

Petra is our women’s ministry.
Petra is a Greek word that means a mass, or cliff, of rocks that is comprised of something much larger than any individual rock. This mass of rocks interlinks individual rocks together to create a stronger whole. While there are a multitude of rocks in Petra they do not function as individual rocks, but are intimately joined together.

The women of Christ the Rock Church are joined to Christ to strengthen themselves,
their families and the church of God.

Events

• Petra meetings occur once a month on the second Saturday for events like:
  fun time with word, prayer, get to know me time, cookbook time, fashion, etc.

• We also meet every other Thursday night for a prayer meeting at 9 pm via teleconference.

Petra is led by a team of women under the leadership of Pastor Seun Odelowo.
